Samantha was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. In her twenties she moved to Toronto to become a graduate of Anthropology from York University, where she gained an appreciation for diversity in different cultures and their art forms. This encouraged her to travel and eventually brought her to Melbourne, Australia where she began an apprenticeship with Janet Marnell-Brown, the president of the Victorian jeweller’s association, and discovered her talent as a metal smith and jewellery designer.

Now settled back in Toronto, her work is a reflection of her urban surroundings. She creates her designs with a youthful spirit adding her passionate flare to each handcrafted piece. Her work is constantly evolving; shifting with every moment of growth and understanding of the world around her.
